PLC maintenance

1. Maintenance procedures, equipment periodic testing, and adjustment regulations
(1) Check the connection of the terminal blocks in the PLC cabinet every six months or quarters, and if any loose parts are found, reconnect them in time;
(2) Re-measure the working voltage of the power supply for the host in the cabinet every month;
2. Regulations for regular cleaning of equipment
(1) Check the PLC every six months or quarters Carry out cleaning, cut off the power supply to the PLC, remove the power supply rack, CPU main board and input/output board in turn, perform purge and cleaning, and then install them in situ in order, restore all connections and then power on and start the PLC host. Carefully clean the sanitation inside the PLC box;
(2) Replace the filter under the power rack every three months;
Third, preparation before maintenance, maintenance procedures
(1) Maintenance Prepare tools before maintenance;
(2) In order to ensure that the function of components does not fail and the template is not damaged, protective devices must be used and anti-static preparations must be carefully done;
(3) Contact dispatchers and operators before maintenance OK, hang the maintenance sign where the maintenance sign needs to be hung;
Fourth, the sequence and method of equipment disassembly and assembly
(1) Shutdown for maintenance, must be supervised by more than two people;
( 2) Turn the mode selection switch on the front panel of the CPU from “Run” to “Stop”;
(3) Turn off the main power supply for the PLC, and then turn off other power supplies for the module;
(4 ) Record the number and connection position of the power cord connected to the power rack and remove it, then remove the screws connecting the power rack to the cabinet, and the power rack can be removed;
(5) CPU main board and I The /0 plate can be removed after rotating the screw under the formwork;
(6) The installation is carried out in reverse order;
V. Maintenance process and technical requirements
(1) When measuring the voltage, use a digital voltmeter or a multimeter with an accuracy of 1% to measure
(2) The power rack and the CPU motherboard can only be removed when the main power is cut off;
(3) In the RAM module Before removing or inserting the CPU, disconnect the power of the PC, so as to ensure that the data is not confused;
(4) Before removing the RAM module, check whether the module battery is working normally, if the battery failure light is on, remove it The PAM content of the lower module will be lost;
(5) The main power supply should also be turned off before the I/O board is removed, but if production needs, the I/0 board can also be removed when the programmable controller is running, but the CPU The QVZ (timeout) light on the board is on;
(6) When plugging and unplugging the template, be extra careful, handle it with care, and move away from items that generate static electricity;
(7) Do not replace components with electricity;
(8) After overhaul, formwork must be installedInsert in place;
