Apple Vision Pro may soon become a valuable tool for real estate agents, as Zillow Immerse lets potential customers tour homes virtually like never before. A video conferencing walkthough is nice, but Zillow Immerse uses Apple’s spatial computer to provide panoramic 360° views of every room, from ceiling to floor.

This means that home buyers are able to take a virtual walk down hallways and look into every closet, all the while using an AI-generated floor plan as a guide. Thanks to the AI-powered interactive floor plan, users will be able to better understand the layout and flow of a home, saving them time on properties they would have skipped if they had access to the floor plan beforehand.
